Emergency Management/Security/Business Continuity: The principals all have extensive experience working with both public and private sector industries charged with preparedness, response, and recovery. They teach crisis meta-leadership through the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative at Harvard and have lectured at MIT, the Federal Emergency Management Institute, National Defense University, Air University, and other leading institutions.
Energy: Since their field research on the Deepwater Horizon oil spill response, the principals have worked with top global companies in the energy field and spoken to leading industry associations around the world.
Health Care: The principals have spoken to and consulted with some of the top health care organizations and associations in the United States. For more than 20 years, Dr. Barry Dorn and Dr. Leonard Marcus practiced through Health Care Negotiation Associates. They, along with Eric McNulty, are the co-authors of Renegotiating Health Care: Resolving Conflict to Build Collaboration, the leading text in the field. They teach leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution in graduate level and executive education courses at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
